Notice is hereby given that the West Chester Township Trustees adopted the following resolutions at their regular meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2020: Resolution No. 14-2020 approving a Zoning Map Amendment from A-1 To M-2 for Case #ZMA 03-20 Cassinellis Property; West Chester Trade Center, Building 8; Statutory Resolution No. 18-2020 creating a fire district; Statutory Resolution No. 19-2020 creating a police district; Statutory Resolution No. 20-2020 declaring the necessity for levy of a tax for fire protection; Statutory Resolution No. 21-2020 declaring the necessity for levy of a tax for police protection; Emergency Resolution No. 22-2020 authorizing establishment of two special revenue funds entitled "Coronavirus Supplemental Fund (CESF)" and "Coronavirus Relief Fund" and declaring an emergency and dispensing with the second reading; Statutory Resolution No. 23-2020 affirming that funds from the County Coronavirus Relief Distribution Fund may be expended only to cover costs consistent with Federal CARES Act and Ohio House Bill 481; and Emergency Resolution No. 24-2020 adopting the 2021 tax budget and declaring an emergency and dispensing with the second reading attest: Bruce Jones, Fiscal Officer.
