Notice of Election Notice is Hereby Given

NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuant to a resolution passed on December 20, 2018, by the City of Riverside Council, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the Special Election to be held on the 7th day of May, 2019, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: "A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of Riverside for the purpose of providing and maintaining motor vehicles, communications, and other equipment used directly in the operation of the police department, or the payment of salaries of permanent or part-time police, communications, or administrative personnel to operate the same, including the payment of any employers' contribution required under section 742.33 of the Revised Code at a rate not exceeding 4.95 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.495 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of 5 years, commencing in 2019, first due in calendar year 2020." The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day. By the order of the Board of Elections for Montgomery County, Ohio.
