Notice of Passage of Ordinance On Monday, May 1, 2023, the Council of the City of Franklin, Ohio adopted the following Ordinance: A. ORDINANCE 2023-16 LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CITY STREETS AND PUBLIC WAYS BY THE LIGHTING THEREOF FOR THE YEAR 2024 This is the last step to implement the annual street lighting assessments for 2024. $170,000 is the total project cost for 2024. The City funds 2% of the total, or $3,400. The assessment has been made and is on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection/examination by the public. 5-4/2023
