NOTICE OF PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION Notice is given that a petition has been filed with the Clerk of the City Commission of The City of Springfield, Ohio, praying for the vacation of four feet off the west side of Central Ave between the north line of E Pleasant St and the south line of the D.T.&I. Railroad. A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 6:40 PM EDT, in the City Commission Forum, City Hall, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, to consider the vacation of said right-of-way.
