NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 beginning at 6:00 pm. at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the case of Bill & Katherine Oder who are seeking a Variance to reduce the minimum lot size from 5.0 acres to 1.57 acres to split off the existing house site and to preserve farm land.
