NOTICE This notice is regarding the property located at 3117 Lake Rd, Medway, OH. 45341 (Parcel 0100500025317024) owned by Mark & Karen Bishnow whose last known address is PO Box 24153 Dayton, OH. 45424. After investigation, the property has been declared insecure, unsafe, or structurally defective by the Bethel Township Fire Department Chief under Ohio Revised Code 3781 for the enforcement of building regulations. The Trustees have been notified of the unsafe conditions and have declared it a nuisance. A time has been set for a hearing on this property during their regularly scheduled meeting of June 13, 2023, at 3333 Lake Rd., Medway OH 45341, at 6:00 p.m. and you are encouraged to attend and give input; as a decision will be made at that time on whether the township will have all automobiles and debris removed and hauled away by our contracted salvage company, then have the structure demolished. Each party in interest is entitled to a hearing if the party in interest requests a hearing in writing within twenty (20) days after the notice was mailed. The written request for a hearing shall be made to the township fiscal officer: ORC 505.86(2) If a hearing change is requested, it will be scheduled not less than seven or more than 15 days from the request date unless another time is agreed upon.
