NOTICE TO CONSTRUCT OR REPLACE SIDEWALK, DRIVEWAY, CURB AND GUTTER The following owners, if they be living, and if they be deceased, their unknown heirs, executors, administrators, and any other persons holding or claiming any interest in the following lots, are hereby notified that on the 21st day of May, 2019, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, duly adopted Resolution No. 6050 declaring it necessary to construct or replace sidewalk, driveway, and/or curb and gutter at lots on Beacon Street, Fulton Avenue, Kenwood Avenue, Schiller Avenue and Sunset Avenue, Springfield, Ohio, in accordance with plans and specifications therefore prepared by the City Engineer and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City Commission and the Engineering Department, located at 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and completed by Friday, June 28, 2019.
