PUBLIC/LEGAL NOTICE CASE NO. 18CR34241 Notice is hereby given that a Criminal Forfeiture was filed on September 28, 2018, in the above­referenced case number in the Warren County Common Pleas Court against certain property seized on April 17, 2018, by the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The forfeiture involves the following described property: Heritage Rough Rider .22 #G884320886 and rounds. It is the intent of the Warren County Sheriffs Office to distribute the firearm, magazine and rounds in accordance with RC. 2981.12 and R.C. 2981.13.
