PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Availability Draft Final Environmental Assessment of the Vectren Energy Deliver of Ohio 20" Z-50E Replacement Memorial Station to SR 4 Pipeline Project Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) Beginning 08 January 2019 through 06 February 2019, the United States Air Force will accept comments on the Environmental Assessment (EA) to evaluate alternatives for a natural gas pipeline replacement project at WPAFB, Ohio. The results, as found in the EA, show that the Proposed Action of alternatives for pipeline abandonment and replacement would not have an adverse impact on the environment indicating that a Finding of No Significant Impact would be appropriate.
