PUBLIC NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL AND / OR FIVE-YEAR ACTION PLAN The WARREN METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY, WMHA in compliance with Housing Opportunities Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) will be implementing the Public Housing Over Income Rule Effective July 1, 2023 This is a 45-day notice with an opportunity to present public comments regarding this change. The PHA Plan Significant Amendment and Over Income Policy is available for review at the WMHA Administrative Offices located at 990 East Ridge Drive Lebanon, Ohio 45036 between the hours of 9AM 4PM Monday Friday. Comments must be made in writing and presented to the main office located at 990 East Ridge Drive Lebanon, Ohio 45036, Attn. Jacqueline Adkins or via email to jadkins@warrenmha.org no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 15, 2023. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 10 AM in the Culture Center Room located at the WMHA administrative offices, 990 East Ridge Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.
