Real Estate Values Open for Public Inspection Notice

Real Estate Values Open for Public Inspection Notice is hereby given pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5715.17 that the Butler County Board of Revision completed its work on equalization on August 11, 2020 and the real property tax values for the 2019 tax year have been revised. These values are now open for public inspection in the office of Butler County Auditor Roger Reynolds, 130 High St., third floor, Hamilton, Ohio. Complaints against any valuation or assessment, except the valuations fixed and assessments made by the department of taxation, will be heard by the board if filed with the Auditor's Office between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2021. 8-24, 8-31/2020
