SUMMARY OF GREENE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH RESOLUTION #19-09-05-4 On September 5, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. at the Greene County Public Health office located at 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, Ohio, the Greene County Board of Health approved a motion establishing fees in accordance with Ohio Revised Codes 3709.09, 3701.344, 3717.07, 3717.25, 3717.45, 3718.06, 3729.07, 3730.03, 3749.04 and Ohio Administrative Code 3701-9, 3701-21, 3701-26, 3701-28, 3701-29, 3701-31 and 901:3-4.
