The Ohio EPA will hold a public hearing on a new draft General Permit for Coal Surface Affectment Activities with Total Dissolved Solids Reasonable Potential. The public hearing will be held at 2:30 PM on September 18, 2019 in the 6th Floor Conference Room A at the Ohio EPA Lazarus Government Center, 50 West Town Street, Columbus, OH 43215. The hearing will end when everyone in attendance has had an opportunity to provide comments.
