The corrected adjudication order supersedes the order issued on December 17, 2018. If you desire to appeal the corrected adjudication order, you must file a Notice of Appeal within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice with the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas setting forth the order appealed from and stating that the agency's order is not supported by reliable, probative and substantial evidence and is not in accordance with law.
