Rike, RN, LPN On Jan. 16, 2020, the Ohio Board of Nursing (OBN) issued an Order permanently revoking Mr. Rike's nursing licenses, based on his convictions of Attempt (Murder), Felonious Assault, and Improper Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle in the Hamilton Cty. Com. Pleas Ct., which violates ORC 4723.28(B)(4). On Feb. 13, 2020, OBN mailed the Order by certified mail to Mr. Rike's address of record listed above and to an alternate address. Said deliveries failed. Mr. Rike is notified that his Ohio nursing licenses, RN-385470 and PN-143826, are permanently revoked. Mr. Rike may be entitled to an appeal. A Notice of Appeal setting forth the Order appealed from and the grounds for appeal must be filed with OBN and the Franklin Cty. Ct. of Com.
