On Oct. 17, 2019, the Board mailed the Order by certified mail to Ms. Miller's address of record listed above. Said delivery failed. Ms. Miller is notified that her Ohio nursing license, PN-138910, is suspended. Ms. Miller may be entitled to an appeal. A Notice of Appeal setting forth the Order appealed from and the grounds for appeal must be filed with the Board and the Franklin Cty.
