Washington Township Board of Zoning Appeals Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on April 22, 2019 in the Blair Meeting Room of the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio to consider the following cases: Case Number: A-1782 Property Owner: Jenice and Oscar Hicks Location: 9860 Atchison Road Request: Administrative Appeal of three (3) violations issued by a Township Zoning Inspector. The violations pertain to the following zoning resolution code sections: Article 13, Section 14, B, 11; Article 13, Section 14, B, 14; and, Article 13, Section 15, A. Interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
