Washington Township Board of Zoning Appeals Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on July 22, 2019 in the Blair Meeting Room of the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio to consider the following cases: Case Number A-1783 Applicant TOMS King (Ohio), LLC Property Owner HMC Fountain Square, LLC Location 9198 Dayton-Lebanon Pike Request The applicant requests the following four (4) sign variances; 1. Variance to allow 'light band' wall signage on all 4 faces of the building; 2. Variance to use a building frontage for wall signage not permitted (North building elevation); 3. Variance to use a building frontage for wall signage not permitted (South building elevation); 4. Variance to allow an off-premise freestanding sign in the public right-of-way. Case Number A-1791 Applicant Centerville United Soccer Assoc "CUSA" Property Owner Slapshot Properties, LLC Location 10561 Success Lane Request The applicant requests variance to parking area surface material from the required paved material to gravel parking lot. (Continued from previous regular meeting) Case Number A-1792 Applicant Eric Soller Property Owner DENT Logistics, LLC Location 420-440 Miamisburg-Centerville Road Request The applicant requests the following three (3) sign variances; 1. Variance to allow a 16-sf projecting sign in addition to a freestanding sign on premise 2. Variance to install a projecting sign non-perpendicular to the building wall; 3. Variance to use a building frontage for wall signage not permitted (West building elevation); Interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
