Washington Township Board of Zoning Appeals Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on September 28, 2020 to consider the following case: Case Number A-1821 Applicant Larry Sexton Property Owner Larry Sexton Location 9844 Southern Belle Court Request Variance to reduce the side yard setback from the required 15' to 7' to extend existing two car garage and create a three car garage for a single-family residence The public hearing will be hosted online at the time of this notice. Interested persons may join the meeting and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
