Case Number: A-1824 Applicant: Sivasankaravel Muthusamy Property Owner: Sivasankaravel and Sabitha Muthusamy Location: 6829 Paragon Road Request: Variance request to reduce the required side yard setback from 10' to 8.5' for a 20' by 8' swim spa. Case Number: A-1825 Property Owner: Donald and Melissa Bogner Location: 7006 Cedar Pines Court Request: Variance request to increase the allowable area of a detached accessory structure (garage) from 720 square feet to 960 square feet. The public hearing will be hosted online. Interested persons may join the meeting and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
