BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION CASE #840 Proposed Text Addition to the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution The Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission will meet to consider an application from Beavercreek Township Trustees to initiate additional proposed text to the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution. The proposed addition to the text would be to Article 18 Section 18.36, specially: Section 18.36 TREES PROHIBITED IN STREET RIGHT OF WAY. "Planting, growing, raising, or cultivating any tree within the right of way on any Township Street in is prohibited. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to require a change in plans lawfully approved by the Township prior to the effective date of this section. If a tree dies or is otherwise removed from the right of way, the property owner shall not replace that tree in compliance with this section." The meeting will take place in the Community Room, Lower Level of Fire Station # 61, 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd. on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. The Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the proposed Zoning Map Amendments and Site Plan. The Beavercreek Township Board of Township Trustees will then make a final decision on the applications at a separate Public Hearing.
