CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #BZA-20-007 June 8, 2020 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals in the Council Chambers of the Kettering Government Center at 3600 Shroyer Road, at a Regular Meeting on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic that resulted in a state of emergency, all participants and public must practice required safe social distancing rules and practices. Masks are strongly recommended but not required. This case involves a variance to the side yard setback requirement and will allow them to facilitate the new property line splitting of their lot located at 4555 Marshall Rd. in Kettering, Ohio. Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed application. The variance is available for review in the Planning and Development Department. As occupancy is limited in the Council Chambers we ask that you notify us if you plan on attending so we are able to make sure you are heard while keeping you safe.
