CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., regarding P.C. 20-010 Rezoning the property located at 3233 Woodman Drive from an I-Industrial and ED-5 designation to an O-Office designation. Planning Commission heard P.C. 20-010 on July 20, 2020 with recommendations to City Council that the requested rezoning be approved.
