The applicant is seeking a variance for the City's UDO Sec. 1107.05(E)(1)(d), Sec. 1115.01(C)(1)(b), and Sec. 1115.01(C)(2)(e) to allow for the construction of a carport and shed within the side yard setback located within the R-4 Multi-Family Residential District. 20-0014 A variance request filed by Douglas & Shirley Baltes, 4601 Penn Ave, Riverside, OH 45432, also identified as parcel ID I39 101411 0022. The applicant is seeking a variance of the City's UDO Sec 1113.13(C)(3) to continue the use of the existing access driveway within the B-1 Business district.
