CITY OF RIVERSIDE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431, on Monday, January 20th, 2020 at 6:30 PM, to hear the following Planning Commission Case; PC Case #20-0001 - A Final Plat Amendment filed by Calibre Engineering for 2076 Harshman, LLC to combine lots 1 & 2 of Eastwood Square Plat subdivision into one lot. The parcels identified as I39 00412 0002 (0.523 ac.) and I39 00412 0001 (0.475 ac.) are both located within the B-2, General Business District and lot 2 is currently addressed as 2076 Harshman Road and is occupied by Taco Bell. [RS UDO 1105.11(F)] Planning Commission authority is regulated by Section 1103.05 of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance.
