City of Riverside State of Ohio The second reading and public hearing of Ordinance Nos. 19-O-692, 19-O-705, 19-O-708, and 19-O-709; and the first and second readings, and public hearing of Ordinance No. 19-O-710 will be held on December 5, 2019 at the City Council meeting at the City of Riverside Administration Building, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431 at 6:00 p.m. City Council will then consider adoption. Copies of the ordinance are available to the public without cost at the City of Riverside Administration Building. A summary of the proposed ordinance reads: Ordinance No. 19-O-692 approving employee position titles, number of positions and pay ranges and to repeal Ordinance No. 18-O-674, adopted October 18, 2018. Ordinance No. 19-O-705 declaring the property located at 2521 Rondowa Avenue in Riverside Ohio (Parcel ID: I39 00715 0032) to be located in a Neighborhood Initiative Program targeted area eligible for transfer to the Montgomery County Land Reutilization Corporation and authorizing the city manager to execute documents necessary to transfer said property. Ordinance No. 19-O-708 renaming and repurposing City Fund 702 commonly known as the Vehicle Replacement Fund. Ordinance No. 19-O-709 renaming and repurposing City Fund 703 commonly known as the Public Service Replacement Fund.
