Legal Ad: 20-8122 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CITY OF MIDDLETOWN PLANNING COMMISSION The Middletown City Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers on the lower level of the City Building at One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio and the following case will be heard: Public Hearing: Amendment to Development Plan Case #1-20: A request by applicant CESO, Inc., on behalf of Sawyers Mill Project I, LLC, for an amendment to the Sawyer's Mill subdivision Development Plan Section 2 pertaining to lots 163-170 for a variance from the front yard setback requirement of 30 ft. to allow for the front yard setback to be 22 ft. to get relief from a stream and wetland area. The Sawyer's Mill subdivision is located near 5583 S. Dixie Highway, Middletown, OH 45042 & Manchester Road at Dixie Highway, Franklin Township, Warren County, OH.
