The Planning Commission will be hosting a Zoom conference call in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the recently signed Ohio House Bill 197 temporarily amending the public meetings law. Public Hearing: Map Amendment Case: A request by property owner Jacquelyn Phillips for a map amendment to rezone the property located at 812 South Main Street, Middletown, OH 45044 (Parcel ID: Q6521012000065) from R-4 Attached Residential Zoning District to R-3 Medium Density Zoning District. The property is a total of approximately 0.21 acres. Planning Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to City Council for final review and decision.
