LEGAL NOTICE Board of Zoning Building and Housing Appeals Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, 10 North First Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning, Building and Housing Appeals for the City of Miamisburg, Ohio on an application, being Case No. BZ-09-19, a request for a variance to the requirements of Section 1289.04(e)(1) of the Planning and Zoning Code to allow an existing six foot privacy fence on the south side of the property at 814 Evans Avenue, Miamisburg, OH 45342 to be increased in height from the maximum permitted 6'. This case was reviewed by the Board of Zoning, Building and Housing Appeals at their October 14, 2019 meeting, but was tabled pending the submittal and review of additional information.
