Central, Miamisburg, OH 45342 that would be partially located in the front yard of the property (where such structures are only permitted in rear and corner-side yards), that would exceed the prescribed maximum square footage of accessory structures, and that would sit closer than 5' from the front (east) property line on the east side of the property at 834 E.
