LEGAL NOTICE Board of Zoning Building and Housing Appeals Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, 10 North First Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning, Building and Housing Appeals for the City of Miamisburg, Ohio on an application, being Case No. BZ-12-19, A request for a variance to the requirements of Sections 1289.07(b)(1), 1289.07(b)(2), and 1289.07(b)(4) of the Planning and Zoning Code to allow for a carport addition onto the east side of the existing detached garage at 834 E. Central, Miamisburg, OH 45342 that would be partially located in the front yard of the property (where such structures are only permitted in rear and corner-side yards), that would exceed the prescribed maximum square footage of accessory structures, and that would sit closer than 5' from the front (east) property line on the east side of the property at 834 E.
