LEGAL NOTICE City of Miamisburg City Council 10 N. First Street Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Miamisburg, Ohio, at the Civic Center in Council Chambers, 10 North First Street, Miamisburg, Ohio, on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE AREA COMMONLY KNOWN AS MOUND BUSINESS PARK FROM I-2 (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) AND R-1 (RESIDENTIAL) TO MB-1 (MOUND BUSINESS DISTRICT). This ordinance rezones the area of the City referred to as "Mound Business Park" into its own zoning district (MB-1). Currently, a vast majority of the business park is zoned I-2 (General Industrial). The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone the land in the business park into a district that has more strict use and design standards in order to better steer future development in the business park in a way that meets the intent of the previously-adopted Mound Reuse Plan.
