LEGAL NOTICE NO. 19-8078 Notice is hereby given that the Middletown City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on August 6, 2019, during the City Council meeting held in the Council Chambers on the lower level of the City Building, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio on the following: Public Hearing: The Historic Commission recommends to the Middletown City Council the designation of the Carnegie Library site located at 1320 First Street, Middletown, OH 45044 as a historic site and recommend the site to the National Register of Historic Places of the U.S. Department of the Interior. Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place so stated.
