LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold Public Hearings on the 8th day of January, 2020, beginning at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Public Chambers, County Offices Building, 50 East Columbia Street, Springfield, Ohio to consider the following cases: Z-2019-08: Petition of Jerry & Mary Beekman to rezone 10.0 acres located at 4122 and 4200 Springfield-Jamestown Road, Springfield, Ohio from current B-1 (Neighborhood Business District) and A-1 (Agricultural District) to B-4S (Heavy Business District, Specific Use) for a new location of Dooley construction business and equipment with warehousing /storage on the site. Z-2019-09: Petition of Peace Farm LLC to rezone 57.25 acres located at 774 South Houston Pike, South Vienna, Ohio from current A-1 (Agricultural District) to PD-R (Planned District-Residential) for agricultural use and two detached dwellings. The proposed amendments and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at Clark County Community & Economic Development, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45505, during regular business hours.
