LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given as required under the "Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution" that a public hearing will be held by the Butler County Rural Zoning Commission on Monday, June 15, 2020 in the first floor conference room of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, at 6:00 p.m. Jonathan Wocher (McBride Dale Clarion) has filed a zone change application (RZC 20-01) to change the zoning from A-1 Agricultural, R-1 Single Family Residential, and B-3 General Business to B-PUD Business Planned Unit Development for ten parcels, totaling 227 acres and located at 8762 Thomas Road in Madison Township (parcels E2210-001.000-013, -014, 015; E2210-042.000-022, -026, -031; E2220-048.000-005, -007; and E2220-051.000-011, 016). The stated intent of the zone change is to expand the Land of Illusion complex to include a family entertainment center, campground, water parks, hotel, outdoor adventure, and other entertainment activities. The application concerning the above amendment to the Zoning Resolution is available for examination by appointment through the Butler County Planning Office, Sixth Floor, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Due to public health precautions and limited meeting space, in-person attendance is discouraged. The meeting will be broadcast online with opportunity for remote public participation. Butler County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours before the meeting by contacting Planning Division Staff at (513) 887-3413. The Butler County Rural Zoning Commission's recommendation will be submitted to the Butler County Board of Commissioners for their final determination.
