LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given as required under the "Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution" that a public hearing will be held by the Butler County Commissioners on Monday, October 5, 2020 on the second floor of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, at 9:30 a.m. Andrew Zofkie, agent for CDDG Middletown Eaton LLC, has filed an application (RZC 20-02) to change the zoning from R-1 Single Family Residential to B-1 Neighborhood Business for a single 1.38-acre parcel located at 1132 Middletown Eaton Road in Madison Township (parcel E2210-023.000-017). The stated intent of the zone change is to construct a retail store. The application concerning the above amendment to the Zoning Resolution is available for examination by appointment through the Butler County Planning Office, Sixth Floor, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Butler County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours before the meeting by contacting Planning Division Staff at (513) 887-3413.
