LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 14th day of June, 2023, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of Berner Properties LLC, located at 4785 East National Road, Harmony Township, to rezone 26.44 acres from B-3 (General Business District) to B-4 (Heavy Business District) for the construction of a storage facility The Zoning Map for Harmony Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
