LEGAL NOTICE: Please be advised that there will be a public hearing at the City of Mason Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio to review the following items: PC 2020-001 RZ An application has been received requesting approval of a rezoning of approximately .97 acres of land located at 4320 Stitt Road. The land is proposed to be rezoned from R-1 (Residential-Single Family), to R-6 (Residential-Condominium and Landominium). Anyone interested in reviewing the above listed applications may do so Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the City Mason Engineering & Building Department, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, or may attend the January 7, 2020 Planning Commission public meeting. 12-22/2019
