LEGAL NOTICE: Please be advised there will be public hearings held during the City of Mason Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. The public hearings will be held to review the following items: PLN19-0021 A variance is being requested from the Mason Zoning Code, Chapters 1185.2 Fences and Walls for a property at 4228 Embassy Ct. Section 1185.2 does not permit fences to be located in a front yard. The applicant is requesting a variance for a fence to be located past the building line into the other front yard of a corner lot. PLN19-0023 A variance is being requested from the Mason Zoning Code, Chapter 1147.5 R-1 through R-4 Single Family Development Standards for a property at 5198 Overlook Dr. Section 1147.5 requires a ten (10) feet setback for accessory structures from side and rear property lines. The applicant is requesting a variance for a shed to be located approximately six (6) feet from a side property line. PLN19-0029 A variance is being requested from the Mason Zoning Code, Chapters 1185.2 Fences and Walls for a property at 404 W. Church St. Section 1185.2 does not permit fences to be located in a front yard. The applicant is requesting a variance for a fence to be located past the building line into the other front yard of a corner lot. Anyone interested in reviewing the above listed variance requests may do so Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the City of Mason Engineering & Building Department, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, or may attend the Tuesday, June 25, 2019 Zoning Board of Appeals public hearing. 6-9/2019
