LEGAL NOTICE TEXT AND MAP AMENDMENTS HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, 45040 on October 1, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. to review proposed amendments to Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution and Deerfield Township Zoning Map initiated by the Township Trustees on July 2, 2019. The Deerfield Township Zoning Commission forwarded their recommendation to the Deerfield Township Trustees for a final decision in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 519.12. The proposed amendment is available for the public examination in the Deerfield Township Planning and Zoning Department located at 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The person responsible for giving the notice of the public hearing is Sam Hill, Planning and Zoning Director.
