LEGAL NOTICE The Council of the City of Monroe, Ohio, shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 233 South Main Street. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the amendment to a Planned Unit Development for property located at the corner of Carson Road and South Main Street. Said amendment will permit retail fuel sales and amend the ingress and egress on certain outparcels within the Planned Unit Development Area. The public may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application. Monroe will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, other auxiliary aids, and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours in advance of the meeting by contacting the Clerk of Council at 513-539-7374 extension 1012. All documentation regarding the proposed rezoning can be viewed in the office of the Clerk of Council located at 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio 45050. Written comments can submitted prior to the public hearing by mailing at the address listed above or email to wassona@monroeohio.org.
