Notice is hereby given that the City of New Carlisle Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 5, 2023, to review, here comments, and vote on a preliminary plat and road width variance for a residential development off St. Rt. 235. The public hearing will take place during a City Council meeting that will begin at 6:00PM and be held at the Smith Park Shelter House, 801 West Jefferson Street, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344. 5-23/2023
