NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & DRAFT ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS FOR PUBLIC REVIEW The Butler County Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice is document that identifies impediments to fair housing and creates and action plan to address these issues in Butler County and City of Middletown. The Draft Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (A.I.) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about August 10, 2020. Butler County will make the Draft A.I. Plan available for public review for a period of fifteen (15) days. Written comments must be received by August 7, 2020 to be considered. The Draft A.I. Plan can be reviewed from July 24, 2020 to August 7, 2020 at the following locations: Butler County Community Development; Butler County Administration Building, 130 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011; Middletown Department of Community Revitalization, One Donham Plaza, Middletown OH 45042; Online: development.bcohio.us The County of Butler will hold a public hearing on August 3, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. local time in the Commissioners' Hearing Room on the Second floor of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio. The public hearing will be held for approval of the A.I. Plan and action plan contained within for final submittal to HUD. Butler County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this hearing. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours in advance of the hearing, by contacting the Community Development Division at (513) 785-5391.
