NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Greater Dayton Premier Management Capital Fund Program (CFP) Five Year Action Plan The Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority d/b/a Greater Dayton Premier Management (GDPM) has released its Draft 2019-2023 Capital Fund Program (CFP) Five Year Action Plan. The CFP includes all anticipated Capital Fund expenditures. GDPM invites the public to review and comment on the draft Plan and to attend a Public Hearing concerning the Plan. The Public Comment Period will commence on June 28, 2019. The Draft CFP Plan and accompanying documentation is available to the public for review from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday at GDPM's central office at 400 Wayne Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45410 and on GDPM's website at www.gdpm.org. Please submit any comments in writing to the above address Attn: Cordell Williams or electronically at cwilliams@dmha.org by noon, August 12, 2019. A Public Hearing regarding the Draft CFP Plan is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 400 Wayne Avenue, Dayton. Anyone wishing to comment on the Plan is invited to attend. Jennifer N.
