NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2019, beginning at 2 p.m., in Conference Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio to hear the following: 1. Case #BZA-2019-05, Property Owners/Applicants Steven & Suzanne Bayard, who are seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section A to reduce the side setback from 25 ft. to 11 ft. to construct a 30 ft. by 50 ft. pole barn in the side yard. The subject property is located at 6534 Fowler Rd., PID #180-11-00028-000-021 in Mad River Township. 2. Case #BZA-2019-06, Property Owner/Applicant Dennis Collier, who is seeking a Variance to Chapter 8, Section B, 6, c), Table 8.1 to increase the maximum sq. ft. for accessory structures from 1,500 sq. ft. to 3,180 sq. ft. on a lot under one acre to construct a 30 ft. by 50 ft. pole barn in the rear yard. The subject property is located at 3400 Wendover St. in Mad River Township. 3. Case #BZA-2019-07, Property Owner/Applicant Mark Summers, who is seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section B to reduce the side setback from 15 ft. to 5 ft. and the rear setback from 60 ft. to 33 ft. to construct a 30 ft. by 40 ft. detached garage in the side yard. The subject property is located at 5411 Old Clifton Rd. in Green Township. 4. Case #BZA-2019-08, Property Owner Lori Monst, Applicant Donald Monst, who are seeking a Variance to Chapter 8, Section B, 3) to allow an accessory structure on a lot without a primary building to construct a 30 ft. by 40 ft. pole barn. The subject property is located on Wood St., PID #130-08-00031-000-015, in Harmony Twp. 5. Case #BZA-2019-09, Property Owner Ronald Burns, Agent John Scalf with One Stop Signs, who are seeking a Variance to Chapter 6, Section B, 3, a, b, c & e) to allow two free standing signs instead of one; to allow one pole sign at 113.35 sq. ft. and one wall sign at 106.65 sq. ft. both over the maximum 100 sq. ft. allowed; to allow for 377.16 sq. ft. of overall signage instead of the maximum 300 sq. ft. allowed; and to allow one freestanding sign at 6 ft. from the property line instead the required 30 ft. and 4 ft. from the right-of-way instead of the required 12 ft. The subject property is located at 3387 S. Dayton-Lakeview Rd. in Bethel Twp.
