Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) at 9:00 a.m., Monday, February 3, 2020 at Wright Stop Plaza, 12th Floor Conference Room 4 S. Main Street, Dayton, Ohio. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the suggested 2020 49 USC 5307 and 49 USC 5337 & 5339 proposed projects identified below. 49 USC 5307 and 49 USC 5337 & 5339 Program of Projects The Federal Transit Act, as amended, includes the formula assistance program under 49 USC 5307 and 49 USC 5337 & 5339 which makes Federal resources available to urbanized areas for capital and planning assistance purposes. Pursuant to the provisions of this Act, the RTA, as a designated recipient of 49 USC 5307 and 49 USC 5337 & 5339 funds for the Dayton Urbanized Area, and as applicant, suggests that it undertake the following capital projects. Those wishing to comment may do so verbally or in writing at the public hearing. In addition, comments received by telephone (937-425-8360) or by mail at the RTA offices, 4 S. Main Street, Dayton, OH 45402 on or before 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2020 will be made part of the official record of the public hearing process.
