Dial in: 312-626-6799, to consider Rezoning Case #Z-2020-05, Property Owner Larry Berner, to rezone 3.0 acres from I-1 (Industrial District) to R-1 (Rural Residence District) for an existing single-family home. The subject property is located at 518 Tremont City Rd. in Moorefield Township. After the conclusion of this hearing, these matters will be submitted to the Board of Clark County Commissioners for their action.
