NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (the "Issuer") on August 7, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., via teleconference. Pursuant to Revenue Procedure 2020-21, the public hearing may be accessed by dialing the Toll-free Number 1-866-899-4679, access code: 929-793-181. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds"), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $4,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Article VIII, Section 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Chapter 175 of the Ohio Revised Code. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Ohio Village Limited Partnership, an Ohio limited partnership (the "Borrower"), to assist in paying costs of acquiring, rehabilitating, equipping and improving property located at 2535 Cross Village Drive, Miamisburg, Montgomery County, Ohio that includes a total of 48 multifamily residential rental units, common area space and other functionally related and subordinate facilities, for rental to low and moderate income families, and all of which units will be set aside for residents whose incomes meet the requirements of Section 142(d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986(the "Project"). The initial owner, operator or manager of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, THE STATE OF OHIO OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO. Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project.
