NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Rural Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 9 am in Conference Room 151 at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505, to consider the following: Rezoning Case #Z-2024-04, Property Owner/Applicant: Clifford Brown, to rezone 7 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to B-4 (Heavy Business) for a Contractor's Equipment and Material Storage Yard. The subject property is located at 10889 Haddix Road, in Mad River Township. Rezoning Case #Z-2024-05, Property Owners: David & Rebecca Wiggenhorn, Agent: Matt Sheridan, to rezone ~ 17.5 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1 (Rural Residence) for future lot splits / land divisions. The subject property is located at 5630 Meissen Drive, in Green Township After the conclusion of this hearing, these matters will be submitted to the Board of Clark County Commissioners for their action.
