NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, Zoning Commission, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Meeting Center, 6400 Princeton Road, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, for the following Zoning Commission Case described as follows: ZC19-001: Kyles Land Development LLC is requesting a Minor Modification to the Shannon Ridge Final PUD Plan for a revision to the building material standards. The subject properties are Parcels #D2010-027.000-002; D2010-027.000-039; D2020-238.000-026, 027, 028, 029, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 040, 041, 042, 043, 044, 045, 046, 047, 048, 049, 050, 051, 052, and 053, Section 33, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. ZC19-002: Robert Lucke Group is requesting a Minor Modification to the Townehomes of Four Bridges Final PUD Plan to reduce the minimum required rear yard building setback from 50' from the rear property line to 45.9'. The subject property is located at 8259 Poppy Lane, Parcel #D2020-263.000-073, Section 8, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. At the conclusion of the above public hearing, the Zoning Commission will consider a motion on each request.
