Notice of Public Hearing the Miami Township Board

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Miami Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at the Miami Township Government Center, 2700 Lyons Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342, on April 9, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon after as the matter may be reached. The Council of the City of Miamisburg will hold a public hearing at the Miamisburg Civic Center, Council Chamber, 10 N. First Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342, on April 16, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon after as the matter may be reached. The hearings are to allow for public comment and recommendations on the proposed addition of real property to the Miami Crossing Joint Economic Development District by way of an Amendment to the 2017 Amended and Restated Miami Crossing Joint Economic Development District Contract, to be considered for approval by the Miami Township Board of Trustees and Council of the City of Miamisburg. A copy of the text of the Amendment, a description of the area to be added to the District, and a map in sufficient detail to denote the specific boundaries of the area and any applicable zoning restrictions are on file, for public examination, in the office of the Miami Township Fiscal Officer and the Clerk of the City of Miamisburg.
